Insufficient raw materials hinder industry development

Therefore, ppr can be called the current polypropylene product. The most difficult grade to produce. At present, only Yanshan Petrochemical, Yangzi Petrochemical and other large petrochemical enterprises can produce, which is far from meeting the needs. In the field of high-end special materials of this variety, domestic raw materials are basically blank, and imported materials increase the production costs of pipe companies.
      The production of ppr pipe also has the problem of backward technology. There are many manufacturers of low-end products, and fierce price competition has been formed in this field. In terms of varieties with high technical requirements and special application areas, such as tap water pipelines for direct drinking that have high sanitary requirements, and high-temperature-resistant pipes that are used under high-temperature conditions for a long time, domestic companies appear Somewhat weak.


Lagging standards affect industry order
      Second is the lag in the formulation of national standards. The development and application of polypropylene pipes in China has only begun to grow rapidly in recent years, especially in the application of hot water pipes. The national standard managed by ppr was issued by the China National Standardization Administration Committee not long ago.
      Before the national standard was officially promulgated, some manufacturers had cut corners, and some even used cheap non-pipeline special materials to add certain additives for mixing (commonly known as mixed ingredients) to make pipes posing as ppr pipes and entering the market. It is difficult for ordinary users to distinguish true and fake ppr tubes with simple methods, causing all kinds of fake and shoddy products to disrupt the market with ultra-low prices and form vicious competition, which seriously harms the quality of large and small construction projects and threatens formal production enterprises. Survival. The China Polypropylene / Polyethylene Pipeline Enterprise Association calls for resolutely resisting counterfeit and shoddy products and other illegal acts that harm the interests of the country's construction and users. They also require that, before the national standard is officially promulgated and implemented, regional authorities should regulate production in accordance with international standards for related products, and production enterprises must be strict in self-discipline and adhere to the principle of quality first in order to purify the market and achieve sustainable development of enterprises.


Application of backward control performance to play the application of ppr tube
      The ppr pipe has its own characteristics, and special technology is required in the installation and construction. However, up to now, national regulations in this area are still being developed, the research on ppr pipe application technology is weak, construction technology is relatively poor, and mature and feasible construction methods have not been formed. As a result, there are high-quality products, but due to the lack of necessary knowledge of the construction workers, they still follow the construction methods of metal pipes in the past, and cannot play the technical and economic performance of ppr pipes.
